Clinical Director

Jennifer Sees, MSW, LCSW, QS

A native of sunny Stuart, FL, I come to Foundations Wellness Center with 9 years of experience working within the treatment setting. I obtained my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Florida and Masters in Social Work from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. My first job out of graduate school was working in treatment, and now, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have developed a true passion for working in the recovery community. I believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach to treating addiction and I enjoy engaging clients in experiential group activities, in which clients are able to learn and grow through their weaknesses. My goal is to meet you where you are and understand where you’re coming from. Together, we can work through your situation and set goals to spark change in your life. With each client, I strive to uncover core issues through a variety of counseling interventions in combination with my sense of humor and optimism. I take the same approach in my clinical director position, providing support and love to our clinicians, encouraging them to grow through supervision and specialty trainings. I am a Qualified Provider for Cognitive Processing Therapy, specializing in PTSD treatment, a Qualified Supervisor for the State of Florida and also licensed in the state of Delaware. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and dog outside in the Florida sun!

Sal Chillemi

Executive Director

Sal Chillemi

I was born and raised in Long Island, New York, where I studied Liberal Arts at Suffolk County Community College. After years of struggling with drugs and alcohol, I relocated to Port St. Lucie, Florida, in June of 2013 and have been sober ever since. My personal journey led me to begin working in the substance abuse and mental health treatment field in 2014, where I quickly discovered both a passion and a purpose in helping others on their path to recovery.

Throughout the years, I have held many roles within the facility, each providing valuable experience and perspective that contribute to my current position as Executive Director. With both lived experience and professional knowledge, I remain committed to ensuring that clients receive the support, compassion, and guidance they need to build lasting recovery.

I began working in the substance abuse and mental health field in 2017, driven by a deep personal connection to the work. As someone who has faced and overcome addiction myself, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my role—something I believe is a powerful asset in helping others on their journey to recovery. I earned my degree in Criminal Justice from Indian River State College in 2021, and I will graduate in 2026 with my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Central Florida. My passion for this field stems from the impact others had on my life, and it’s my mission to now offer that same support and hope to those who need it most.

Gary Bach, CAP

Clinical Lead

Gary Bach, CAP

Hi, I’m Gary Bach. I graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1994 with a degree in Criminal Justice. I began my career in education, teaching high school algebra and coaching football and baseball before joining the Florida Highway Patrol in 1998 as a state trooper. After facing my own battle with pain medication addiction, I transitioned into the recovery field, where I have worked for the past 15 years. Starting as a primary therapist, I now serve as a clinical lead, a role I deeply value. Helping individuals rebuild their lives from addiction has become my true calling. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and our two young children. I also have a passion for dad jokes, the Dallas Cowboys, and my favorite band Imagine Dragons.

Born and raised in South Florida, I developed an early appreciation for diversity through travel, where I fell in love with meeting people from all walks of life, hearing their stories, and learning from their experiences. That love for connection led me into this field, where I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people in their recovery journeys. My academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in business from Florida International University as well as a bachelor’s in human services and addiction studies from Indian River State College. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in social work from the University of Central Florida. My path into this field is deeply personal, as I believe in the power of connection and second chances, both of which have played a role in my own life. Working in substance use and mental health treatment allows me to combine my passion for helping others with the knowledge and skills I’ve gained along the way. I believe recovery is about more than just getting better, it’s about rediscovering who you are and building the life you want.

I am deeply passionate about helping others in recovery because I, too, know the darkness of addiction. My personal journey has given me a calling, and I believe God placed me on this path to guide others toward hope and healing. I began my work in recovery through ministry and have spent the past six years serving individuals and families affected by addiction. Currently, I am pursuing my goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to expand the ways I can support those in need. Outside of my work, I enjoy life with my spouse and our two dogs, who bring joy and balance to my days.

Hi, I’m Kelly! I was born in Philadelphia but raised right here in Florida, and this community means so much to me. I’m a Case Manager at Foundations, and I’m coming up on six years in recovery — something that has truly given me every blessing I have today. Being in recovery myself allows me to connect deeply with our clients and remind them that healing is possible. “So instead of my story starting at birth (which is a horrendous story in itself!), I’m going to start where my addiction really started, which was 2006 while I was working as a nurse. I had very recently gotten a divorce and had untreated mental health issues. I began using meth to self-medicate because I felt so down…
